Company Overview- InspireOne Technologies Master-O is a B2B SaaS company that improves field force productivity through digital enablement Our mobile-first sales enablement solution is leveraged by leading Banking Insurance Financial Services and Pharma clients to boost front-line sales productivity Our product combines mobile technologies and backend as a service with game design behavioral science learning content and big data - At Master-O our mission statement is to Elevate Customer Interactions - We believe frontline executives in enterprises can generate more revenue provide a differentiated customer experience if they are made more effective To achieve that companies rely on Master-O s frontline readiness platform to continuously upskill effectively enable and engage reps to enhance revenue generation - With customers across Banks Insurance Pharma Retail FMCG and Auto industries in over 20 countries we now aim to further scale our implementations across more customers industries and countries while continuously improving the quality of our operations - We re expanding our business on the back of growing customer traction and improving go-to-market fitment To successfully scale we are looking for someone with 1 to 6 years of B2B enterprise SaaS experience who aspires to become a major catalyst for growth in a fast-growing organization Role Business Development- Key Result Areas - 1 Drive the sales strategy based on our focus industries and acquire new enterprise customers with a strong emphasis on delivering business value 2 Develop strong relationships with multiple stakeholders in client organizations while ensuring a successful Master-O implementation and continually driving business value in collaboration with the product and customer success teams 3 Responsible for building the sales pipeline MIS and tracking key metrics on a weekly monthly and quarterly basis 4 Ensure conversions from pilots to full-scale customer launches and from full-scale launches to annual renewals cross-sales in collaboration with the business development customer success content and product teams To achieve these results you will need to be or quickly become a Master Of 1 Understanding the client s Business Objectives and Digital Learning strategy2 Maintaining high levels of energy with a focus on customer engagement satisfaction and loyalty 3 Connecting with and leading meetings with CXO level members especially the heads of sales customer service HR COO CDO among others 4 Understanding the business drivers of client organizations and target industries and how Master-O can support their business plans operating plans and ensure business value5 Providing effective and innovative solutions to client problems or focus areas including packaging of the solution and driving high value deals that are profitable for the customer as well as InspireOne 6 Identifying areas of cross selling up selling in collaboration with the customer success team7 Having an eye for detail and being quality conscious while interacting with clients8 Being an excellent team player with an ability experience of working9 Being the voice of the customers and prospects providing feedback to the product team10 Collaborating with the product team on further product development feature enhancement inputs including providing inputs on priority items for development Background and Experience Essential 1 Candidates with minimum 4-6 years of experience in SaaS-based enterprise sales 2 Demonstrable achievements or strong academic background3 Bachelors Masters Degree in Engineering Maths or Economics preferred4 Self-starter who can manage the entire sales process5 Goal-oriented and numbers-driven individual who is passionate about achieving targets and building a strong ethics-based sales culture6 Very fluent written and verbal business-based presentation and communication skills7 High energy and drive that percolates across other interest areas outside of workDesirable Preferably has experience in selling solutions such as Sales Analytics Learning Solutions Customer Support Solutions and Sales Intelligence among othersTraits 1 Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships2 Self-motivated proactive team player with innovative ideas to acquire customers3 You love to leverage data and relationships to provide increasing value to your customers so they achieve their business goals and objectives 4 You thrive in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly5 You are most comfortable and at your best when you solve problems6 You re an A player who dreams big and you want to join a team of A players You bring confidence without attitude Intelligence humility strong work ethics WIN ref updazz com
