Job Title Software Technical Support Manager Company Inexoft Technologies Location Kannur Experience 3 years Inexoft Technologies is looking for an experienced Software Technical Support Manager to lead our customer support team The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing support operations resolving complex technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction Responsibilities Lead and manage the software technical support team Oversee installation configuration and troubleshooting of software applications Ensure timely resolution of client issues and escalations Maintain support documentation FAQs and knowledge base Collaborate with the development team to resolve critical bugs and feature requests Monitor support performance metrics and implement improvements Train and mentor support staff to enhance skills and efficiency Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction Requirements Education BCom MCom BCA or MCA Minimum 3 years of experience in software technical support with at least 1 year in a managerial role Strong understanding of software systems and troubleshooting methods Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment Strong organizational and team management abilities Job Types Full-time Permanent Location Kannur Kerala Preferred Work Location In person
