Job Title Desktop Support Engineer Experienced Job Type Full-Time Experience Required 2-5 Years Location Calicut Department IT Support Technical Support Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT team The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users troubleshooting hardware and software issues installing and configuring computer systems and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization Key Responsibilities Provide first and second-level technical support to employees via in-person phone email or remote tools Troubleshoot and resolve hardware desktops laptops printers scanners and software Windows MS Office antivirus etc issues Install configure and maintain operating systems and applications Perform regular maintenance and upgrades of systems and software Manage Active Directory tasks like user account creation password resets and group policy troubleshooting Maintain asset inventory of all IT equipment Collaborate with other IT team members and escalate unresolved issues to higher levels of support Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s degree in IT Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience 2-5 years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles Strong knowledge of Windows 10 11 OS MS Office Suite and common desktop applications Experience with Active Directory Exchange Office 365 and remote support tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently Job Type Full-time Pay 9 756 69 - 24 566 17 per month Work Location In person
