We are now expanding our Inside Sales Partner network — and we're looking for driven sales professionals who can open doors, pitch solutions, and build lasting client relationships.

What You'll Do
- Prospect, pitch, and generate new business leads across global markets
- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers (HR Heads, CXOs, Founders)
- Present YD Talent Solutions' offerings with confidence and consultative skill
- Identify client needs and match them with our services
- Collaborate with our delivery team to ensure smooth execution and client success
Who You Are
- Experienced selling into global markets (US, UK, EU, ANZ)
- 5–10+ years in inside sales, recruitment sales, or business development
- A strong communicator with excellent English (verbal & written)
- Skilled in consultative selling and handling high-level client conversations
- Experienced in staffing, recruitment, IT services, or outsourcing (preferred)
- Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and motivated by performance-based rewards
