Key Responsibilities - Sales Strategy Development Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets within the HORECA Hotel Restaurant and Catering sector Identify market opportunities and create plans to expand market share in the assigned area - Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients including hotels restaurants and catering services Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns effectively - Market Analysis Analyze market trends customer preferences and competitive activities to identify opportunities and threats Utilize market insights to refine sales strategies and tactics - Team Management Lead and manage a team of sales representatives providing guidance training and support to ensure they meet their individual and team sales targets Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture - Sales Forecasting and Reporting Prepare and maintain sales forecasts and performance reports Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular updates to senior management - Product Knowledge Maintain a deep understanding of the company s products and services Provide expert advice to clients and ensure that the team is well-informed about product features and benefits - New Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HORECA sector Develop strategies to acquire new clients and expand the customer base - Contract Negotiation Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure business deals Ensure that terms and conditions align with company policies and profitability goals - Customer Service Ensure that all client inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and effectively Work closely with the customer service team to resolve any service-related problems - Budget Management Manage the sales budget for the area ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient use of resources Monitor expenses and implement measures to optimize spending - Collaboration with Other Departments Work closely with marketing product development - and customer service teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives Key Skills - Proven track record in HORECA sales with a strong understanding of the industry - Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly - Proficiency in sales forecasting and reporting - Strong communication and interpersonal skills ref updazz com
