Role Description We're looking for a Guest Experience Manager who is a Proven Leader with a genuine passion for Luxury food and delivering a five-star customer experience. What the Role Involves: - Guest Experience Curator: Create exceptional moments for every guest, offering personalized service and a true taste of Basque Bakery's indulgent world. - Team Builder: Recruit, train, and motivate the team to embody Basque Bakery's warmth, efficiency, and luxury standards. - Operations Maestro: Oversee daily store operations with precision, managing inventory, order flow, and cash handling seamlessly. - Quality Guardian: Ensure and oversee the quality, presentation, hygiene, and FSSAI compliance of all products and service standards. - Growth Driver: Implement smart strategies to boost sales, elevate guest satisfaction, and achieve profitability while preserving our signature elegance.
