The Leela Bhartiya City is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences while being a hub for urban sophistication.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based at The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru for the position of Executive Team Lead Guest Experience. This role is responsible for leading and overseeing guest service operations to ensure that all guests have a memorable and exceptional experience. The individual will coordinate with various departments, address guests' needs, manage service-related inquiries, and ensure quality standards are met. Promoting seamless collaboration and acting as a point of contact for resolving guest concerns will also be key responsibilities.QualificationsExcellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skillsStrong leadership, team management, and coordination abilitiesAttention to detail, multitasking, and organizational skillsProficiency in hospitality management systems and basic computer applicationsAbility to remain composed under pressure and maintain professionalismA background in hospitality, hotel operations, or guest relations is preferredFluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plusA bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageousPrevious experience in guest services or a leadership role within the hospitality industry
