The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying client needs, providing suitable insurance product recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with team members to achieve sales and business development goals. Qualifications - Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships - Sales and business development experience in insurance or related industries - Problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills - Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions - Proficiency in basic computer applications - Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach to work - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage - Familiarity with the insurance industry and its products is a plus
