Inviting applications for the role of Technical Associate - Service Desk In this role, individual need to provide Level 1 support services with knowledge of Technical/Service desk. Strong customer service orientation. Responsibilities .Provide technical support on Calls/Chats .Windows & MAC troubleshooting .Active Directory .Basic Networking .Win NT/2000 .MS Office 2007, 2010. O365 Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications .Bachelor%27s Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. .Excellent Communication skills Preferred Qualifications/ Skills . Good written and presentation . Verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role . In-depth requirement understanding skills . Good analytical and problem-solving ability .
