A leading distribution firm seeks a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Kottayam Kerala The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding sales within the assigned territory focusing on building strong relationships with retailers distributors and other B2B clients Key Responsibilities Sales Business Development Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets for the Kottayam region Identify and onboard new dealers distributors and retail points to expand market reach Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and increase product visibility Client Relationship Management Maintain and nurture excellent relationships with existing clients ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention Conduct regular visits to client locations to present product information negotiate deals and resolve any issues promptly Serve as the primary point of contact for all sales-related queries and support in the territory Market Analysis Reporting Conduct market research to stay updated on competitor activities market trends and potential business opportunities Prepare and submit accurate sales reports forecasts and expense reports in a timely manner Provide feedback to the management team on product performance customer needs and market demands Inventory Logistics Coordination Coordinate closely with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate product delivery Monitor stock levels at client locations and facilitate timely reorders to prevent stock-outs Qualifications and Skills Education Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field is preferred A relevant diploma with proven experience will also be considered Experience Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in B2B sales field sales or distribution sales Prior experience in the Kottayam Central Kerala market is a strong advantage Skills Excellent communication Malayalam and English and negotiation skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly Proficiency in using MS Office Suite Word Excel Other Requirements Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for local travel within the territory What We Offer Competitive salary and an attractive incentive structure Travel and mobile allowances Opportunity for career growth and professional development within a stable distribution network Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
