United Brothers Company is a fast-growing FMCG startup building a strong portfolio in spices, masalas, papads, rice, and more under the brand Soilking. We're in the early stages of market development and are looking for a hands-on sales leader to help us grow aggressively across GT, MT, and B2B channels.

What You'll Do:
• Develop & expand GT distributor network across cities and towns.
• Drive Modern Trade onboarding and execution.
• Build B2B partnerships with wholesalers, HORECA, and institutions.
• Recruit & manage Sales Reps & Field Executives.
• Be in the field regularly to ensure placement, visibility & demand generation.
• Monitor outlet performance, beat planning, and competitor activity.
• Coordinate closely with our marketing team on activations and visibility.

Who We're Looking For:
• 6–12 years of experience in FMCG food sales.
• Strong knowledge of GT + MT; B2B is a bonus.
• Fluent in Telugu, Hindi; English preferred.
• Comfortable being on the field daily, not just behind a desk.
• Energetic, aggressive, and ready to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
