Previous calling experience in Dubai real estate is mandatory for this role. This position is ideal for professionals who are confident on the phone, understand Dubai property buyers/investors, and can handle both warm and cold leads effectively. Key Responsibilities Make daily outbound calls to warm & cold leads Handle Dubai real estate buyer & investor inquiries Qualify prospects and identify genuine requirements Book site visits & appointments for the sales team Update and manage lead data in CRM Perform structured follow-ups to improve conversions Consistently achieve call, appointment & conversion targets Mandatory Requirements Minimum 1 year calling experience in Dubai real estate Strong knowledge of Dubai property market & lead handling Excellent spoken English (Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is a plus) Strong persuasion, objection handling & closing skills Target-driven, disciplined & professional attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
