Sr Recruiter

Responsible for managing full cycle recruiting and delivering a strong consultative approach building effective relationships with business leaders understanding business needs and developing proactive sourcing strategies to identify the best talent available Recruiter will partner with leaders and HR Business Partners to create and integrate best in class talent acquisition practices and strategies for individual business units Key Responsibilities Partner with Senior Recruiters HRBPs and other HR teams to understand business line goals and hiring plans Utilize a consultative approach to work with hiring leaders to advice and support them throughout the recruiting process including conducting strategy meetings with leaders to understand business needs and developing a strategic sourcing approach Develop and deploy a full cycle recruiting strategy to include pipelining of candidates mining resumes selling position and Ameriprise value proposition to potential candidates networking and contacting recruiting sources and attracting best in class candidates Understand industry trends in the industry utilize market information and develop strong relationships with Universities Colleges and Professional organizations to ensure best in class candidate sourcing Identify and screen candidates and make recommendations to leaders on the most qualified slate to move forward Create a positive customer experience to all candidates through timely follow-up and effective communication regarding the companys mission vision benefit information etc Establish effective relationships across the company and build external networks to ensure success in this role Collaborate with sourcing and recruiting support team members as part of the larger TA team to provide an outstanding candidate and hiring leader experience Work closely with hiring leaders in various Business Units through the recruiting lifecycle from setting expectations on TAT to collecting feedback and facilitating a smooth onboarding experience for all candidates Required Qualifications 4 to 7 years work experience in full life cycle recruiting with strong expertise Technical Technology hiring Proven experience effectively working with senior level leaders Excellent communication and relationship building skills with proven ability to overcome candidate objections tactfully to Ability to facilitate a strong consultative approach between candidates and hiring leaders Excellent knowledge or sourcing methods and techniques proven cold calling ability and ability to achieve high volume hiring results Demonstrated team attitude proactive approach and good problem-solving skills Strong PC skills Word PowerPoint Internet Applicant Tracking System ATS prospect management tools sourcing channel software and social media Bachelors degree Strong Excel experience Attention to details and numbers is a must Hands on experience with Workday HRMS ATS Preferred Qualifications 2 or more years of experience within the financial services or banking industry About Our Company Ameriprise India LLP has been providing client based financial solutions to help clients plan and achieve their financial objectives for 125 years We are a U S based financial planning company headquartered in Minneapolis with a global presence The firms focus areas include Asset Management and Advice Retirement Planning and Insurance Protection Be part of an inclusive collaborative culture that rewards you for your contributions and work with other talented individuals who share your passion for doing great work Youll also have plenty of opportunities to make your mark at the office and a difference in your community So if you re talented driven and want to work for a strong ethical company that cares take the next step and create a career at Ameriprise India LLP Ameriprise India LLP is an equal opportunity employer We consider all qualified applicants without regard to race color religion sex genetic information age sexual orientation gender identity disability veteran status marital status family status or any other basis prohibited by law Full-Time Part-Time Full timeTimings 2 00p-10 30p India Business Unit AWMPO AWMP S President s OfficeJob Family Group Human Capital
