Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Sales Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The role involves listing products, managing catalogs, running ads, generating sales, handling customer queries, and driving revenue growth on multiple e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, Instagram, and Facebook. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and online sales strategies, along with excellent problem-solving skills to handle day-to-day operational challenges. 2. Key Responsibilities A. Product Listing & Catalog Management Create, update, and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, Instagram, Facebook, and other marketplaces. Write accurate product descriptions, titles, specifications, and keywords for better visibility and ranking. Upload high-quality product images, videos, and other marketing content. Ensure proper categorization, pricing, and stock availability across all platforms. B. Online Sales Management Monitor and manage daily online sales across all platforms. Track orders, ensure timely order fulfillment, and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team. Manage product returns, cancellations, and refund processes effectively. Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to boost performance. C. Advertising & Promotions Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Meesho Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads. Optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROI and conversion rates. Run seasonal campaigns, flash sales, discounts, and festive offers to increase visibility and sales. Work with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies. D. Customer Service & Query Handling Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback across different platforms. Respond promptly to emails, chats, calls, and social media queries. Resolve order-related issues and ensure high customer satisfaction. Collect customer reviews and ratings to improve product credibility. E. Inventory & Stock Management Coordinate with the warehouse team to manage stock levels and avoid stock-outs or overselling. Update inventory details on all platforms in real time. Plan replenishment strategies based on sales forecasts and demand trends. F. Reporting & Analytics Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and marketing performance reports. Track key metrics like conversion rates, CTR, CPC, ROI, and customer acquisition costs. Provide insights to management for improving online sales strategies. 3. Required Skills and Competencies A. Technical Skills Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel, JioMart Partner Central, and social commerce tools. Knowledge of digital marketing tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Instagram Promotions. Basic understanding of SEO, product keywords, and search optimization techniques. Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and e-commerce reporting dashboards. B. Sales & Marketing Skills Ability to design and execute online sales campaigns effectively. Strong understanding of customer preferences and online buying behavior. Knowledge of competitor analysis and pricing strategies. C. Customer Handling Skills Excellent communication skills for handling customer queries across multiple platforms. Problem-solving attitude to manage refunds, returns, and complaints. D. Soft Skills Time management and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in product listings and reporting. Positive attitude, team collaboration, and willingness to learn.
