We are seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to lead our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail or hospitality management, with a proven track record of driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of the outlet to ensure efficiency and quality service.
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary to meet demand.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that the outlet is operating at optimal levels.

Skills and Qualifications

- 5-9 years of experience in retail or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient in financial management and budgeting.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems.
