About the role:

As a BDA, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students, helping them make informed decisions about their music education journey. Your daily responsibilities involve connecting with students over a call, conducting sessions, comprehensively understanding the individual needs of students, and providing recommendations.

What will you be doing

Our Business Development Associate is responsible to be knowledgeable for the services of Dhunguru Music

Emphasize the features and uniqueness of curriculum.

Answer incoming sales calls and make outbound calls to prospective clients who have all visited our website (no cold calling).

Gain understanding of students specific needs and make recommendations based on those needs.

Answer questions related to our trainers and online teaching model.

Diligently communicating and priming the lead through channels like email, WhatsApp, SMS, calls.

Contacting New and existing students to discuss needs and requirements.

Achieving monthly sales targets, in a performance-driven driven competitive environment.

Qualifications

Strong skills in student counseling and career counseling

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Sales experience preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply.

Knowledge and understanding of the education industry

Passion for music and music education

Ability to work well in a team

Bachelor&aposs degree in any field

Job Type: Full Time

Schedule: Day shift

Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus
