It s fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they re doing Ingram Micro is a leading technology company for the global information technology ecosystem With the ability to reach nearly 90 of the global population we play a vital role in the worldwide IT sales channel bringing products and services from technology manufacturers and cloud providers to business-to-business technology experts Our market reach diverse solutions and services portfolio and digital platform Ingram Micro Xvantage TM set us apart JD for Warehouse Manager - Hyderabad Manager oversees all aspects of warehouse operations ensuring the efficient and safe receipt storage and dispatch of goods Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics Position Responsible for managing with around 10 direct and 25 indirect HC Responsible for Efficient inventory management through regular cycle and physical stock audit and maintaining zero variance Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency with customer satisfaction the primary goal by supervising organizing and training warehouse employees and establishing monitoring and managing operational goals Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements equipment utilization inventory and shipping methods Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals Review and prepare workflows staffing requirements space allocations equipment layouts and action plans that meet company standards for productivity quality and customer service Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations Responsible for warehouse Operation cost vs Budget Cost make warehouse budget for Capex and Operation expenses Min 10 years of warehouse management experience ideally with an e-commerce or Technology company with some data analytics experience Education Graduate in any discipline with Management Graduates in Logistics or Supply Chain Management will be preferred Prior experience of setting up warehouses is desirable Certification Six Sigma Green Belt 5S ASCM CLTD KnoWerX PGP CWMP Certified Warehouse Management Professional will also be beneficial Not mandatory requirement of company but having these certifications will provide knowledge giving an edge over others
