Job Summary:

The Senior HR Executive is responsible for managing HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, payroll support, compliance, and performance management. This role serves as a key support system for the HR Manager, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes, accurate record-keeping, and timely coordination with employees and departments. The position requires attention to detail, a strong understanding of statutory requirements, and effective communication skills.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Plan, Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, social media platforms, (Apna, Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, Work India, Job Hai) and, employee referrals.
- Build a candidate pipeline for critical roles.
- Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate for physical or virtual interviews with hiring managers.
- Ensure proper documentation and Internal and External background verification
- Complete Pre-onboarding & Onboarding process of new joining (Including Induction, Documentation, Biometric registration, and PF ESIC Registration and maintain employee records.
- Prepare Offer and appointment letters and issuing the letters to an employees and maintaining the hard and soft copies in folder & in employees file
- Monitor the performance review of an employee Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly, Yearly and initiate the process of performance review forms.
- Prepare the confirmation or appraisal letters and issue to the HR Manager and maintaining the hard and soft copies in folder & in employees file
- Assist HR manager for KRA KPI Filing.
- Verification of Monthly Leave and attendance of employees for payroll.
- Coordinate with employees for payroll to share attendance records.
- Finalization of salary sheet and verification with HR Manager for payroll process.
- Coordination with PF Consultant for salary sheet verification and PF ESIC calculation.
- Share monthly salary slips to an employees.
- Assist in managing ESI, PF, PT and other statutory compliance records.
- Update employee record in ERP.
- Monitor exit record and initiate the Exit letter and FnF Process with the approval of HR Manager or HOD.
- Handling employee grievances related to payroll, PF, ESIC.
- Support in HR Employee Engagement Activity.
- Support or assist HR Manager for Documentation.
- Maintain and fill the record in Daily, Weekly, Monthly Report.
- Daily reporting to HR Manager.
- Encourage discipline and support a positive work culture.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Educational Qualifications: MBA in HR / HRM, or in any relevant HR education field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR Role
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, facility management, or service industry is preferred
- Strong understanding of Non-IT Recruitment, Job Portals, Payroll, Statutory Compliance
- Knowledge of labor laws, ESIC, PF, and factory/shop act.
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi, Marathi
- Interpersonal Skills: Presentation Skills, Conflicts Handling, Negotiation Skills
- Other Skills:DraftingSkills
- Familiarity with tools Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Outlook, ERP
- Conflict resolution and people-handling skills.
- Working Hours / Days: Monday-Saturday, Timing- 9:30 am 6:30 pm
