SAP-AMS-Service Delivery Manager

Your Role Key Responsibilities - Governance & Delivery - Own end-to-end service delivery governance for SAP AMS. - Act as primary interface between ATG stakeholders and AMS teams. - Ensure SLA compliance, performance reporting, and escalation management. - Operational Excellence - Drive governance forums, dashboards, and KPI presentations. - Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes. - Portfolio & Resource Management - Manage enhancement portfolio, resource allocation, and demand prioritization. - Collaboration - Work with ATG CoE and SAP RISE teams for release planning and upgrades. - Continuous Improvement - Optimize service quality and reduce ticket volumes. Your Profile - Experience: 14-16 years in SAP AMS service delivery and governance. - SAP Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance & Retail modules and AMS processes. - Frameworks & Tools: ITIL v4, service management tools (e.g., BMC Helix), SAP CALM. - Governance & Reporting: SLA management, KPI dashboards, escalation handling. - Leadership: Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and portfolio management. - Certifications: ITIL v4, PMP (preferred).
