Your Role
Key Responsibilities
Governance & Delivery
Own end-to-end service delivery governance for SAP AMS.Act as primary interface between ATG stakeholders and AMS teams.Ensure SLA compliance, performance reporting, and escalation management.Operational Excellence
Drive governance forums, dashboards, and KPI presentations.Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes.Portfolio & Resource Management
Manage enhancement portfolio, resource allocation, and demand prioritization.Collaboration
Work with ATG CoE and SAP RISE teams for release planning and upgrades.Continuous Improvement
Optimize service quality and reduce ticket volumes. Your Profile
Experience: 14-16 years in SAP AMS service delivery and governance.SAP Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance & Retail modules and AMS processes.Frameworks & Tools: ITIL v4, service management tools (e.g., BMC Helix), SAP CALM.Governance & Reporting: SLA management, KPI dashboards, escalation handling.Leadership: Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and portfolio management.Certifications: ITIL v4, PMP (preferred).
