Your role
To maintain, support & develop Group HR People Analytics flagship product base, ex: People Insights, with Power BI capability and with a principal focus on the reporting platform as well as operating as a Consultant within the Group HR People Analytics GEH team. The Data Analyst's Power BI capability will focus on converting business and client reporting requirements into user friendly, storytelling reports / dashboards.We as Group HR People Analytics GEH team drive our client groups and stakeholders to make data informed and smarter decisions, faster.
You will have to get your hands dirty and love working with data. You must be able to design a BI solution with storytelling approach and provide an output which can be easily understood and used by the business stakeholders. You will need to understand a complex system and data landscape and you must have curiosity and a drive to design new knowledge, ways of doing things and applications.
Locations - Mumbai/Bangalore/Kolkata/ Open to other locations as well.
Your profile
- Sound experience (5 years +) in business analyses or a related area such as management consulting, HR transformation / equivalent Transformation project, change management.
- Demand and Marketing engine of our broader Group HR People Analytics GEH team
- Excellent in Product & solution work for Group analytics -HR/People data
- Ability to explain complexity in a simple language that inspires action
- Good to have command over PowerPoint as well
- Good to have understanding of the role of HR and links between HR activity and business impact
- Strong Knowledge and experience in enterprise-wide BI design and development (PowerBI)
- Good in UX Designing of PowerBI Dashboards
- Strong experience in building the dashboards in Power BI, as a story and using some of the most advanced visuals in Power BI
- Good understanding of PowerBI Fonts / alignments / choice of colors / theme / strong command on Formatting Panel of Power BI and marketplace visuals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong Excel skills and basic to intermediate PowerBI DAX skill.
