· 5+ years Analytics experience, preferably within HR or People Reporting capacity.

· 3+ years of experience using Tableau and similar data visualization tools

· Strong hands-on experience with HRIS like Workday (Data creation, dashboard creation and analytics)

· Expertise in Tableau for HR analytics and reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite)

· Ability to translate business requirements into insightful dashboards and reports
