Job Description - Impactful Leadership in a High-Growth Channel - Career Acceleration in a Leading MNC Job Description The key responsibilities include: - Ability to practice and techniques related to web merchandising or online retailing and online sales. - Ecommerce sales management, account management and growth development. - Able to handle margins, negotiations, and platform advertising - Have strong understanding of ecommerce and advertising metrices. - Expert understanding of different technological components of online commerce - Knowledge of database creation, search engine optimization tactics, data mining, and security issues. - Performance Marketing & Content Management The Successful Applicant A successful Key Account Manager- E-Commerce should have: - A background in marketing or a related field, with experience in the pharmaceutical industry. - Proven expertise in managing large E-commerce accounts (Amazon, Flipkart) and implementing growth strategies for skincare and personal care products. - Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and drive decision-making. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
