Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 6 months in Sales & Marketing (preferably in BFSI or Life Insurance)

- Graduation is Mandatory

- Compensation up to- 3.70 LPA + Lucrative Incentives

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Effective presentation and persuasion abilities

- Sales planning and forecasting capabilities

- Team-oriented with a proactive approach

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with potential customers through leads provided by the company.

- Understand customer needs and offer suitable life insurance solutions.

- Clearly explain policy features, benefits, and terms to clients.

- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients.

- Create customized presentations based on clients' financial goals and budgets.

- Ensure regular follow-up to build and maintain client relationships.

- Organize and participate in sales visits and field activities.
