This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 300000 - Rs 800000 (ie INR 3-8 LPA) Min Experience: 2 years Location: Mumbai JobType: full-time We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Assistant Manager / Manager to grow and manage corporate and institutional sales for home appliance products. This role focuses on identifying new B2B opportunities, strengthening existing client relationships, and driving repeat business through consultative selling and customized gifting solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage end-to-end B2B sales cycles and consistently deliver revenue growth. Requirements Key Responsibilities - Identify, develop, and close B2B business opportunities, with a strong focus on corporate gifting and bulk sales of home appliances. - Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing B2B clients to drive repeat and referral business. - Prospect new corporate accounts through networking, outreach, and market mapping. - Pitch product portfolios to clients, negotiate commercials, and close deals including volume-based pricing. - Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to overall business growth. - Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM data to ensure visibility and accountability. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and high levels of customer satisfaction. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and evolving corporate gifting requirements. What Makes You a Great Fit - A graduate with a background in home appliances sales or a strong sales background, preferably with experience in corporate or B2B gifting. - 4–10 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales, ideally within home appliances or related consumer products. - Proven ability to manage corporate clients and close high-value, volume-driven deals. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a client-centric approach. - Strong relationship-building capabilities and the ability to generate repeat business. - Organized and data-driven, with experience maintaining CRM systems and sales reports. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
