Executive - Accounts Receivable

An affiliate of Multi-Act who is involved in High Precision, Light Engineering Manufacturing activities serving a Global Clientele.
Role and Responsibilities
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Updating customer master in ERP for all customers including ensuring up to date records are kept in place
- Accounting for collections and ensuring appropriate accounting entries are passed in ERP including knocking-off of invoices
- Calculation and accounting for Foreign Exchange/Gain loss on foreign currency transactions
- Accounting for CWIP and maintaining asset wise CWIP balances
- Co-ordination with plant and other departments for capitalisation certificates and subsequent capitalisation of fixed assets
- Doing depreciation run in ERP on monthly basis and accounting for the same
- Co-ordinating with Jr. Mgr. A/P for capital advances
- Review of capital advances on monthly basis to ensure timely accounting
- Preparation of audit schedules and tying up CWIP and FAR with Trial Balance and solving audit queries
Qualification
BCom with 2-7 years&apos experience;
Skills and Experience
- Managed accounting for A/R in a mid-sized firm with knowledge of ERP
- Strong excel skills, orientation towards problem solving,
- Good communication skills
- Ability to co-ordinate with business/other departments,
- Experience in Oracle(EBS/Fusion) is preferred
