Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate receipt booking, handling customer invoicing and follow-ups for payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and managing accounts receivable transactions
  • Performing regular bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Recording receipts in SAP with precision and ensuring all receipts are allocated to the correct accounts
  • Supporting internal and statutory audits by preparing and maintaining documentation for audit purposes

Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, Receipt Booking, Bank Reconciliation, and Audits
  • Good knowledge of financial processes and principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
