Job Description

- Create, edit, and format proposal drafts and other sales collateral in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint with speed and accuracy
- Assist with managing the proposal team s project queue including reviewing incoming project support requests, taking the lead on complex requests, clarifying details and timing related to scheduling as needed, and connecting the appropriate resource
- Support the proposal editing and finalization process for simple projects or during high-volume periods when required
- Proactively communicate with client service and proposal team members across matters including project deadlines, status updates, and other workflow questions
- Understand the firm s service offerings and implement quality control standards related to formatting, writing style, grammar and spelling, and brand look and feel
- Provide onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing training to junior team members as needed
- Assist with updating and maintaining proposal content, including boilerplate descriptions and resumes
- Proactively explore and embrace technology and tools used by the proposal and sales teams
- Other projects as assigned

Qualifications:

- Bachelor s degree
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience required; experience in a professional services environment preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Well-motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal and client-service skills
- Ability to effectively interact and communicate with employees and leaders at all levels within the firm, displaying good judgment
- High attention to detail and accuracy; with strong proofreading skills
