Digital Marketing Lead

Job Description We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency looking for a Lead, Digital Growth to drive success for our clients through organic and paid digital strategies. This is a key leadership role where you will be the single point of contact for customers, ensuring they achieve their business goals while also leading execution. Since we are a young and growing agency, this role requires a hands-on leader who can both strategize and execute. Responsibilities: - Customer Champion Be the primary contact for clients, deeply understanding their goals and doing whatever it takes to help them succeed. - Build Strategies Develop and execute comprehensive digital growth strategies (organic & paid) to generate leads and drive business outcomes. - Own Execution Work closely with SEO, content, and design teams to ensure seamless execution of digital campaigns. - Execute Paid Campaigns Design, experiment with, and execute high-ROI paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and others. - Build the Team As the agency grows, help hire, mentor, and scale the digital delivery team. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record in both organic growth and paid campaigns. - Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal to manage client relationships effectively. - Ownership mindset Proactive problem solver with a strong sense of accountability. - Strong aesthetic and creative sense A refined taste for content, design, and storytelling. - Execution-focused A bias for action, with the ability to move fast and deliver results.
