As we expand our service offerings, we are strengthening our marketing team and looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to support and lead our digital growth initiatives. Role Overview We are seeking a performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate should be strong in funnel building, email marketing, newsletters, and ad campaign management , along with a good understanding of SEO and social media. This role requires someone who is analytical, creative, and comfortable managing multi-channel campaigns in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Build, manage, and optimize marketing funnels for lead generation, nurturing, and conversions. Plan and execute email marketing & newsletter campaigns using tools like Smartlead or similar platforms. Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube , and other platforms. Support SEO initiatives and manage website to improve organic visibility. Oversee social media activities and ensure brand consistency across platforms. Monitor KPIs and analyze performance using GA4, Ads Manager, and Search Console. Prepare weekly/monthly reports with clear insights and recommendations. Collaborate with content, design, sales, and leadership teams for smooth campaign execution. Stay updated with digital marketing trends, automation tools, and best practices. Requirements Bachelor’s Or MBA degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 3-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing. Proven experience in funnel creation, email marketing, newsletters, and paid ads . Good understanding of SEO basics, content strategy, and marketing automation tools. Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a remote work setting. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
