Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district for a Digital Marketing Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions on digital marketing concepts, techniques, and tools. They will design and deliver curriculum, support learners in grasping concepts like SEO, social media marketing, and digital advertising, as well as track their progress. Additionally, the trainer will stay updated on industry trends to ensure the relevance of training materials and offer guidance to trainees to help them achieve proficiency in digital marketing practices. Qualifications - Strong training and communication skills to effectively deliver knowledge and engage with trainees - Proficiency in marketing, including understanding trends and strategies within the digital marketing domain - Expertise in Social Media Marketing to train others on managing campaigns, platforms, and analytics - Ability to guide trainees in sales techniques and how to integrate them with digital marketing efforts - Experience in developing and delivering structured training sessions or programs - Exceptional organizational and presentation skills - Familiarity with tools and platforms used in the digital marketing industry is an advantage - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field preferred
