Job Description Company Description Starglazze Film and Television Academy provides comprehensive training programs in screen acting, modeling, cinematography, film direction, filmmaking, photography, video editing, and sound engineering. Courses are designed to meet both Bollywood and international film industry standards, ensuring students gain relevant and up-to-date skills. The academy also offers specialized short courses for beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. These include training in accent development, on-camera presenting, and improvisational techniques, catering to diverse industry needs. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Haveli for a Social Media Specialist. The Social Media Specialist will manage the academy's social media platforms, create content tailored to various audiences, and develop strategies to enhance online engagement. Key responsibilities include designing and managing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to increase brand visibility and reach. Qualifications - Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation - Proficiency in Digital Marketing and Marketing strategies - Strong communication skills to engage effectively with audiences across social platforms - Familiarity with social media analytics tools for performance tracking and improvement - Ability to work on-site in a creative environment, collaborating with team members - Understanding of film, television, and media industry trends is preferred - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
