Your Role
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Bid Manager to lead and coordinate the end-to-end bid process for high-value proposals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing responses to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders, ensuring timely delivery of compelling, compliant, and competitive bids. This role requires excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Own and manage the entire bid lifecycle from opportunity identification to submission.
- Analyze RFP/RFQ/tender documents and define bid strategy and win themes
- Coordinate with sales, technical, legal, finance, and delivery teams to gather inputs.
- Develop and maintain bid plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Write, edit, and review proposal content to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure alignment with company policies and client requirements.
- Lead bid review meetings and post-submission debriefs.
- Maintain a repository of bid templates, case studies, and reusable content
Your profile
- Proven experience in managing complex bids and proposals.
- Strong understanding of RFP/RFQ/tender processes and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Project management expertise with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proposal management tools
