We are inviting applications for the role of PA, Commercial Real Estate

In this role, you will be responsible for lease administration services. Your role as part of the team will be to learn from the existing domain experts and support in lease abstraction services for the client.

Responsibilities

- Candidate would be required to work on commercial real estate lease document
- Including reading and extracting information basis the requirements
- In addition, the candidate will also be responsible for updating the abstract in the Client Specific tools

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

- B.Com (P/H)/Economic (H)/MBA (Finance) or Equivalent
- Relevant work experience in Commercial Real Estate industry

Preferred qualifications

- Read/Write/Interpret English language
- Paralegal experience will be preferred
- Good eye for detail
- Strong Analytical skills
- Good Excel skills
- Good communication skills & highly proactive in approach
