- Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations with sensitivity and creativity

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate or pursuing a degree
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Freshers are welcome to apply
