To provide and promote a professional, high quality Verification Process. The post holder

will be responsible for dealing with all enquiries in relation to Insurance Verification

services, focusing primarily on Eligibility/Benefits of Insurance. Delivering a service to

meet the individual goals and needs of all Clients wherever possible resolving enquiries at

first point of contact.

Duties And Responsibilities:

- Experience in using a wide range of relevant IT packages
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to manage a varied workload to achieve priorities and objectives
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexibly and ability/commitment to work as part of a team and
- on your own initiative.
- The ability to work under pressure and to deal with challenging situations in a sensitive
- and creative manner.

Qualifications:

- Graduate or pursuing.
- Additional Customer service experience preferred.

Freshers and Experienced both can apply
