Role Description This is a full-time on-site Relationship Manager role based in Ladwa The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers managing their financial portfolios and providing tailored banking solutions Daily tasks include identifying customer needs offering advice on banking products and services achieving sales targets generating new business and ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized service Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and address their banking needs Proficiency in financial and portfolio management including knowledge of banking products and services such as loans deposits and investments Sales and business development abilities with a focus on achieving and surpassing targets Problem-solving skills attention to detail and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction Knowledge of local markets and industries particularly in agriculture MSMEs and retail banking is advantageous Proficiency in using banking software and tools for efficient customer relationship management Educational qualifications Bachelor s degree in Finance Commerce Business Administration or a related field MBA or equivalent is a plus Previous experience in a similar role especially in the banking or financial services industry would be beneficial Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Required Experience total work 1 year Required Work Location In person
