This is a full-time on-site role for Rasi Foods Manufacturer of Spencer s Bread and Bakery Products located in Salem which has been running successfully for 38 years Job Title Area Sales Executive Location Salem Tamil Nadu Industry FMCG Food Production Bakery Experience Required 0-2 years Freshers with strong field interest may apply Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Area Sales Executive to promote and expand the market reach of Spencer s Bread and Pastry Products The ideal candidate will be responsible for market visits retailer engagement dealer distributor appointment order taking from retailers and institutional clients This is a field-intensive role ideal for candidates passionate about food brands and FMCG sales Key Responsibilities Conduct regular field visits to retail stores supermarkets bakeries and distributors to promote products Ensure proper product placement visibility and branding at retail points Appoint new dealers distributors in untapped regions and onboard them effectively Gather customer and retailer feedback market trends and competitor intelligence Take B2B orders and coordinate with the production logistics teams for timely delivery Submit daily weekly reports on field activities market reach and campaign results Support events product launches and seasonal marketing activities as needed Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or related field preferred 0-3 years of experience in field marketing FMCG or retail promotions freshers with strong communication skills may apply Strong interest in B2B sales and food product marketing Excellent interpersonal presentation and negotiation skills Strong knowledge of local geography and market dynamics Proficient in basic computer tools MS Excel WhatsApp Business etc Two-wheeler with valid driving license mandatory Benefits Competitive salary with travel allowance and incentives Exposure to fast-moving food bakery industry Opportunity to grow into sales or brand management roles Supportive team and performance-based culture Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 10 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location Hybrid remote in Salem Tamil Nadu Expected Start Date 01 12 2025
