You'll make an impact by: - Learn & Grow: Dive head-first into the multifaceted world of IP. Don't worry, we'll teach you everything you need to know Starting from processing inventions generated by our multifaceted inventors to assigning IP rights between various Siemens entities. - Docket Like a Pro: Help keep our IP records, deadlines, and filings organized. You'll work with databases, calendars, and filing systems of various Patent Offices. - Team Cheerleader: Jump in to assist with meetings (schedule, take notes, follow-ups), coordinate team activities, and bring positive energy to the table via various initiatives and engagements within Siemens. - Gatekeeper: Support executives with calendar management, travel planning, document organization, and more. - Communicate & Collaborate: Be a friendly point of contact for internal teams, clients, and partners; help keep everyone in the loop. - Always Be Learning: Take initiative; propose process improvements, explore new tools, and soak up knowledge from our brilliant IP and admin professionals. You'll win us over by: - Eager to Learn: You don't need prior IP admin/docketing experience or Team assistant experience but a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from a recognized university backed with a can-do demeanor and a hunger to grow and learn are must-haves. - Interpersonal Whiz: You love sticky notes, task lists, and color-coded calendars (or want to learn to). - People Person: You enjoy helping others, communicate clearly, and thrive in a team setting. - Resourceful: When you don't know something, you know how to poke around, ask questions, and figure it out. - Meticulous: Accuracy matters here every little thing counts. - Tech Curious: You're comfortable with email, spreadsheets, and basic office tools and ready to learn our IP systems.
