Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Aurangabad for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include leading and mentoring the sales team, building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the marketing team to promote the academy's services. The Sales Manager will play an instrumental role in expanding the academy's reach and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications - Sales Skills: Proven expertise in sales management, customer acquisition, and achieving sales targets - Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve performance goals - Customer Relationship Management: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking abilities to build and sustain strong client relationships - Strategic Thinking: Competence in devising and implementing sales strategies and business plans - Marketing Acumen: Experience working alongside marketing teams to drive promotions and increase brand recognition - Experience in the education sector or a similar industry is a strong advantage - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
