The HR Business Partner at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics India Limited is responsible for managing the end-end associate lifecycle and partnering on key strategic initiatives in the region. If you thrive in a role and want to work to build a world-class organizationread on In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To - Partner with functional leaders and global leaders/managers to develop and execute critical business and organizational strategies, providing guidance and counsel on matters related to workforce planning, organizational structure, talent management, change management, succession planning, employee engagement, etc. - Counsel managers and associates in problem solving, dispute resolution, performance improvement - Recommend, implement, and support strategies, solutions, and programs to enhance the effectiveness of managers and the productivity, engagement, development and retention of associates - Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the cross functional team to develop solutions, programs and policies; Design and implement strategic projects in the areas of Talent, Learning, Benefits etc. - Ensure compliance with all labor laws and code of conduct policies; providing counsel and advice to management and associates Experience Required - 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally across both business and operational HR domains - MBA in Human Resources from a reputed B-school preferred. - Solid understanding of HR fundamentals and ability to execute at pace - Adaptability to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure. - Articulates clearly, listens for understanding, and effectively influences individuals with varying backgrounds. - Ability to effectively and seamlessly work in cross-functional teams. - Ability to work independently in a dynamic and agile environment.
