Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for the positions of Assistant General Manager (AGM), Associate Vice President (AVP), and Vice President (VP) in Sales Real Estate. The responsibilities include overseeing sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring targets are met. Key tasks entail leading a sales team, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with marketing and project teams to drive sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
- Proficient in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Possess strong Clerical Skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Understanding of the real estate market and customer preferences
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
