About the Role:

As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of generating leads and closing property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase properties and negotiate deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in any field; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field, with a strong background in client-facing roles.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
  • Knowledge of local real estate markets and trends is a plus.
