Handling smooth client communication and coordinating between the creative team and clients are the core responsibilities of this role. Roles and Responsibilities - Manage new and existing client relationships. - Schedule and conduct client meetings for creative, social media, and website project briefs. - Coordinate with the creative team and communicate client requirements clearly. - Ensure timely task execution and on-time project delivery. - Maintain daily reports and update the reporting manager. - Handle day-to-day client communication and resolve issues effectively. - Identify new business opportunities and schedule initial meetings. - Build and nurture long-term client relationships. - Keep clients informed about new or updated services. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Minimum 1 year of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role in a creative or web agency. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong multitasking and project management abilities. - Understanding of branding, digital marketing, web development, and social media trends is an advantage. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
