We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Support Executive to join our dynamic Design and Marketing Agency. As a Client Support Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring their satisfaction and building strong, long-term relationships.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Client Communication: Act as the main liaison between the agency and clients, providing exceptional customer service and promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

2. Client Onboarding: Facilitate the smooth onboarding process for new clients, understanding their specific requirements and guiding them through the agency's services and processes.

3. Project Coordination: Collaborate with the agency's internal teams, including designers, marketers, and account managers, to ensure the successful execution of client projects within established timelines.

4. Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during project implementation, aiming to maintain high client satisfaction levels.

5. Upselling and Cross-Selling: Recognize opportunities to present additional services and solutions to existing clients, contributing to business growth and expansion.

6. Reporting: Generate regular reports on client satisfaction, project progress, and key performance indicators, presenting them to the management team as required.

7. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, and positioning the agency as a trusted partner.

8. Client Retention: Focus on client retention efforts, understanding their needs and ensuring that the agency consistently delivers value to maximize client loyalty.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Previous client-facing experience preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to a fast-paced environment

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
