Key Responsibilities: - Risk Identification and Assessment: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with trading activities, including market risk, credit risk, operational risk, and compliance risk. - Risk Management Strategies: Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to minimize losses and maximize returns. - Risk Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on risk exposure, compliance, and adherence to risk policies and procedures. - Collaboration with Trading Teams: Collaborate with trading teams to ensure risk controls are in place and effective. - Risk Analysis and Recommendations: Conduct risk analysis and provide recommendations to improve risk management processes and trading performance. - Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including AML and KYC regulations. Requirements: - Experience: Minimum3-5 years of experience in risk management, preferably in trading or financial services. - Knowledge:Strong understanding of Forex and Crypto markets, trading products, and risk management principles. - Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Preferred Qualifications: - Certifications: FRM, CFA, or equivalent certification in risk management. - Experience with Trading Platforms: Experience with trading platforms, risk management systems, and software. - Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
