Job Profile:We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Oracle Cloud Security and Risk Management initiative. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Security, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), PaaS Security, and Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC).Key Responsibilities:User Access Control Strategy: Develop and implement user roles, data security, and access controls within Oracle Fusion Applications.Security Policy Execution: Execute and maintain security policies in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).PaaS Security Configuration: Configure and monitor PaaS-level security and compliance requirements.Risk Governance and Compliance: Lead the setup and continuous improvement of Oracle Risk Management Cloud, including Advanced Financial Controls (AFC) and Segregation of Duties (SoD), Advance Access Controls (AAC) and Financial reporting Compliance (FRC), Advance Access Request (AAR) modules.Risk Assessment and Audit Services: Perform risk assessments and compliance audits, supporting internal and external regulatory requirements.Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business and technical teams to align security controls with business processes.Incident Response Planning: Respond to security incidents and perform root cause analysis.Essential Skills & Qualifications:Cloud Security Expertise: 5–7 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Security (Fusion, OCI, and PaaS).Cloud Risk Management Experience: Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud Risk Management (RMC) and related governance frameworks.Strong Knowledge of Role-Based Access Control and Audit Policies: Strong knowledge of SoD, role-based access control (RBAC), and audit policies.Hands-on Experience with IAM Concepts: Hands-on experience with Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.Excellent Problem-Solving and Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.Oracle Certifications (Preferred): Oracle certifications (preferred but not required).
