We are seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Sales and Strategy professional. This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, enabling revenue growth, and ensuring alignment across sales and other functions. Job Responsibilities - Partner with sales leadership to design, implement, and optimize sales processes that improve efficiency and productivity. - Drive sales forecasting , pipeline management, and performance reporting, ensuring accuracy and predictability. - Provide actionable insights through data analytics, sales performance reports, and dashboards for senior leadership. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and business objectives. - Define and track sales KPIs/metrics to measure effectiveness and provide actionable insights. - Support annual planning , territory/quota allocation, and incentive/compensation design. - Act as a trusted advisor to sales teams by providing data-driven insights and recommendations. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related field, MBA preferred. - 4–8 years of experience in Sales and Strategy Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations. - Proven track record in sales operations management, including forecasting, reporting, and process improvement in a global sales environment. - Strong expertise in client engagement, account management, and stakeholder collaboration, pipeline management, and forecasting. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
