Hiring for Veeva Vault Administrator - HYDERABAD KOLKATA BANGALORE Key Responsibilities Administer and support Veeva Vault applications e g Clinical RIM QMS QualityDocs PromoMats Manage user access security roles and permissions in line with internal policies Configure document types lifecycles workflows and metadata fields Perform data loading validation and migration tasks using tools like Veeva Vault Loader or APIs Coordinate and perform system updates patches and release testing Provide end-user support and training create and maintain SOPs and training documentation Troubleshoot issues work with Veeva Support and manage service tickets to resolution Partner with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for configuration changes Ensure compliance with GxP 21 CFR Part 11 and other regulatory requirements as applicable Participate in audits and inspections providing system documentation and access as needed Support integration of Vault with other enterprise systems e g ERP CTMS LMS Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Life Sciences or a related field 2-5 years of hands-on experience administering Veeva Vault Solid understanding of Veeva Vault architecture and object configuration Experience in one or more Vault applications QualityDocs Clinical RIM PromoMats etc Familiarity with regulatory compliance in life sciences GxP 21 CFR Part 11 Proficient in Vault Loader configuration workflows lifecycles security model Excellent problem-solving organizational and communication skills
