PQE Group has been at the forefront of these industries since 1998, with 40 subsidiaries and more than 2000 employees in Europe, Asia and the Americas.Due to our constant growth, we are looking for a Business Analyst for Veeva Quality Vault to collaborate with a strategic partner located in Mumbai/Goa India.You’ll Be Responsible For:Collaborating with Business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure business requirements are clearly defined and documented.Creating User Requirement Specifications (URS) and Functional Specifications (FS) for business processes.Supporting the creation, dry runs, and execution of Operational Qualification (OQ) and Performance Qualification (PQ)/User Acceptance Test (UAT) scripts.Participating in OQ formal execution and ensuring compliance with established procedures.Ensuring that defects are reported, tracked, and resolved in a timely and efficient manner.Updating and maintaining IT Working Instructions and User Guides to reflect system changes and improvements.Supporting document migration activities within the Veeva Quality Vault environment.About You:You have 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Veeva Quality Vault (basic understanding of configuration and application setup required).You possess strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of IT business analysis in regulated environments (Pharma/Medical Device).You are comfortable working in a fully remote, cross-functional, and international team.You are detail-oriented, proactive, and have excellent communication skills in English.You enjoy working on quality and compliance-driven projects and are eager to grow your expertise within the Life Sciences industry.MANDATORY:SUBMIT your application and your CV via email to suneel.kumar@pqegroup.comProject you will be assigned to:Location: IndiaAvailability: Full remoteNext StepsUpon receiving your application, if a match is found, the Recruiting department will contact you for an initial HR interview.If there's a positive match, a technical interview with the Hiring Manager will be arranged.In the case of a positive outcome coming from Hiring Manager interview, recruiter will contact you for further steps or to discuss our proposal.Alternatively, if the outcome is negative, we will contact you to halt the recruitment process.Working at PQE GroupAs a member of the PQE team, you will be part of a challenging, multicultural company that values collaboration and innovation.
